Ask and It Shall Be Given Unto You (duet)   duration :5’

This duet is both calm and uplifting. It uses the texts (from Luke, Chapter 7, vs vii/viii) “Ask and it shall be given unto you, seek and ye shall find… ask, and ye shall receiveth…” ” knock, and it shall be opened unto you,” “ For it is towards evening and the day is now far done… abide with us.”

Ideal for both concert, and also for use in a service, or a wedding. (I had it at my wedding!)

Vocal range: 

Upper part:  The A below middle C, (but there are ossias for these), the occasional B below middle C up to A an octave above.   

Lower part:   Middle C sharp to E, top of treble stave.
