An Irish Blessing 

(mezzo or soprano and piano)  7’  30’’

 

A setting, written for the birth of my friend’s daughter, of the traditional Irish Blessing. The music has a slightly Celtic flavour and would be very suited to a wedding or baptism, as well as general performance… or to enjoy at home!

 

There is also a version for voice, harp and flute, as well as for solo piano.

 

Vocal range: middle C sharp to the E sharp an octave above.
