This is something I made many years ago, and it has been so useful that I thought I’d share it with others…. (and it doesn’t cost the earth!)

These sheets are designed to be printed on card (or printed on paper and stuck on card), the notes cut out and magnets applied to the back… some of the little ones might actually enjoy adding a few of the magnets to them! I tend to use them once they have the concept of reading, for which I use my “Piano Explorer” book.

A4 magnetic boards can easily be purchased from many places and the internet, as can packets of small sticky craft magnets. This is a very cheap and inexpensive way to obtain something useful and fun at the same time, (although I did have my sheets laminated fro make them last longer!

They can be used by teachers or parents at home…

Great for helping with note learning, creating tunes than can then be written down by the pupil, exploring and inventing… you will think of many uses too no doubt!
