Summertime  2’

This was one of a set of thirty five pieces written by my pupils and myself. We each wrote either poetry or prose, to be chosen and used as inspiration for a composition, by another member of the group. One of the pupils came back rather apologetically, saying she was not good at poetry. I actually found her simple, clear piece rather inspiring!… She herself writes some lovely music too.
